Part of the England Hockey Talent Development approach advocates the use of individual development plans for each player - could be juniors or adults. These could range from 3 simple bullet points to a more comprehensive plan - created by the coach/captain/manager. ClubBuzz already have this and I’m aware of a few clubs who are making good use of it. See ClubBuzz here; https://help.clubbuzz2.co.uk/guides/idp It doesn’t have to be exactly the same as this, but this would be a valuable (optional) facility for clubs - probably for all sports. As with Clubbuzz it would be good for an Admin to turn the IDP facility on or not.

Would be great to be able to fill out shirt numbers club/section wide rather than just adhoc within each members edits: Split mens and womens list, shirt numbers could be assigned to a member, viewed and edited centrally by admins, that then adds that information to their profile automatically that they then cant edit?
