Part of the England Hockey Talent Development approach advocates the use of individual development plans for each player - could be juniors or adults. These could range from 3 simple bullet points to a more comprehensive plan - created by the coach/captain/manager.

ClubBuzz already have this and I’m aware of a few clubs who are making good use of it. See ClubBuzz here; https://help.clubbuzz2.co.uk/guides/idp It doesn’t have to be exactly the same as this, but this would be a valuable (optional) facility for clubs - probably for all sports. As with Clubbuzz it would be good for an Admin to turn the IDP facility on or not.
