I wanted to suggest an update to the Teamo chat feature that could make a real difference to how teams and clubs communicate through the app.

Right now, Teamo chat is great for quick messages and announcements, but it’s fairly limited compared to what most people are used to with WhatsApp or Slack. Adding basic formatting and editing features — things like bold or italic text, bullet points, message editing, reactions, and pinned messages — would make communication much clearer and more dynamic, especially for busy clubs managing large groups.

These small changes would have a big impact:

Allow managers and coaches to highlight key info (times, locations, kit notes, etc.) without sending multiple follow-ups

Reduce errors or confusion with editable messages

Keep discussions more structured and professional, especially in multi-team environments

Encourage clubs to use Teamo as their single communication hub, removing the need for parallel WhatsApp or Messenger groups

Essentially, richer chat features would help Teamo complete the circle — not just as a logistics and admin tool, but as the main communication platform for every part of club life. It’s the one thing currently pushing users toward third-party apps, and bringing it in-house would be a big win.
