Stop attendance being edited once event cancelled

As a Club Captain of an over-subscribed ladies club, I want information on who accepted/declined training/fixtures to be read only/ not editable once the event is cancelled so that I can see who made the commitment and can feed this into selection discussions

Should be possible for us to do, already a feature in teamo to set a deadline for availability
