Shop enhancements

Love the new shop for selling merchandise - hats are selling well.
But there are a few things that would really help with the admin:
1/ Inventory control: as a seller I want to set the stock level in Teamo and have each purchase reduce the available stock level, so that I don't sell more than I have. Ideally the item should show "Sold Out" if all the stock is sold.
2/ Tracking orders by product: in Team Payments I can see all the orders, but as I have 4 different products on sale it's hard to see how many I've sold of each (and whether I've sold out or not - see inventory point above). The filters in the app don't seem to do anything - they ought to let me sort by Product (showing all orders for each Product and a total per Product).
(I realise the full order and product data can be downloaded in the Payment Centre, but this is only possible from the laptop. Today I was side of pitch trying to work out how many bobble hat's I've sold before I sell more to new customers. Need to see the Product sold numbers in the app. (In the Team Payments ideally)
3/ Download not working: In the browser there is a Download button in Team Payments for orders, but this doesn't seem to work - just downloads a file with 0 for every member - no information)
4/ Merchandise Officer role: as a Club Admin I want to delegate the merchandise role to someone in the club, so that he/she can see all Team Payments for Orders/Fulfilments/Inventory in the app/browser (without making him/her an Admin to get the appropriate level of access). Needs to be able to add/remove/control the merchandise products too ideally. Can we have another role for Merchandise Officer with just these permissions?

We take shirt orders outside Teamo then use the assign product function to assign a product and create an invoice for the member. This has to be done 1 member/product at a time. Be great to add multiple members to do a product assignment in bulk

Any update on this series of suggestions?

Notifying whoever holds the stock that something has been bought would be wonderful! Otherwise we don't necessarily have notification that there is something to fulfil.
I have added to the notes on the product who to contact once purchased, but it does rely on people reading it.

7/ Notification of purchase: as a Merchandise Officer (4 above) or Club Admin I would like to know when someone makes a shop purchase so that I am prompted rather than having to go and look in Team Payments => Orders from time to time. (Better still would be to include a name(s) for each product and that person gets the notifications. e.g. Joe might hold the stock of mugs do needs the mugs notifications while Sue might hold the stock of socks so neds the socks notifications)

6/ Leave comment on fulfilment page
Inevitably we end up handing a hat to A to give to B (by agreement). It would be good to have a comment field in the Fulfilment page - so as well as pressing the radio button for filfilled I can also leave an optional comment or note too.

5/ Ability to cancel an order
Customers change their minds! E.g. we're selling Adult club hats and junior club hats. On handing over the junior hat, parent decides it's not big enough for child and wants to swap to the adult version. Now I've "fulfilled" a junior hat but actually handed over an adult one. I have to go intro Stripe to refund the payment, so parent can now pay for the slightly more expensive Adult hat. So now I have two orders in Teamo for one hat sold.
User story would be: As a Merchandise Officer / Club Admin (and maybe as a Customer?) I want to be able to cancel an order and automatically refund the customer and mark the order as cancelled in Teamo. Customer can then make a replacement order for an alternative product if they wish to.

PS What is the Review Orders tab (in Team Payments) for? I just see "No orders outstanding". How could we have an order that isn't "Paid"? The paid and fulfilled tabs make sense and are populated appropriately. Is there a way to create an order/invoice (by an admin for example) for a member to pay?
