Yes, that would be very useful when checking match fees. However, we have some players who are in two teams. For example Women’s 1s and 2s or Women’s 3s and U18 Girls.

I get the idea but - How though - alphabetically? But the order the groups is not going to be sensible if you do that - some people might be in team 'Men 1' say, but one person of that and one person of 'women 1' might be in 'administration team' - which then means when you're wanting to sort by team/group you won't get the people you want together. (Thats just a simple example - we have 39 groups in our club setup)
You can just filter by the team/group in the filter text box?
