Club Email system

Hello.
We would like a club email system to send from noreply@club.com type where is it done through the system and not a link into my own email client.
Ideally the ability to add attachments and html is possible.
Full audit too.
Thanks

Maybe adding a newsletter email system for non-members, where people can sign up directly on the website.
It should send emails from an address like noreply@club.com, all managed within the system—not relying on external email clients.

We would love this too. We currently send all emails from a different system as it allows for scheduling, embedding images, links and a full audit trail of what was sent to whom, and whether it was received or opened. For example, a weekly Junior club newsletter can be tracked with open rates or a member claiming not to have received a email can be checked. Sending from a personal email linked to the sender's profile in Teamo is not appropriate or practical for the membership secretary or treasurer. I can see current functionality might work for a captain sending a team email but that is probably 2% of all emails we send as a club. Thanks!

When you send a notification from the notification page you can already send as an email copy to?

Stephen Denman: agreed, but was more wanting a central communicate area. Not a personal one.
An area where our admins can send a central based email/or notify to our members.

Chris Nightingale - Telford & Wrekin HC: fair, we used to use clubbuzz too (and clubbuzz2, which caused us to leave) and that was good but also clunky

Stephen Denman: I like the idea of being able to send from noreply@club.com for NON-members. Consider the following use-case:
As a membership secretary,
I receive enquires over email from our Contact Us page
So I want to be able to reply using a club email "account"
So that the reply to the new member appears to come from the club rather than from my own personal email account. That way it looks more professional and includes our sponsors too.
